Animation can be used to illustrate complex mathematics that equations or static graphs sometimes fail to adequately convey. In particular (but by no means exclusively), dynamical systems such as an object in motion lend themselves to a dynamic portrayal. This page contains a topically arranged list of links to simple animation sequences used in introductory university physics courses. Suggestions and comments are most welcome.
This page and these animations are my early work on curricular materials. Newer materials can be found my physics animations page or via the CWIS portal which covers the same collection.
